Can I hire the salon for a special occasion?

Absolutely! The salon is available to hire for all celebrations. Whether your looking to host a hen do, birthday party or even a brand launch.

Our creative and talented nail technicians will treat you and your guests to our second-to-none treatments!

About services 💅

What is your nail fix repair policy?

We have a 3-day fix policy – meaning we will fix any damage to nails that we deem a result of our technician’s application. This will be free of charge.

After 3 days – charges apply. £2 per gel polish or overlay. £4 per acrylic or gel extension.

Do you accept walk ins?

Yes, we do accept walk ins subject to availability. However, we strongly recommend to book online to secure your appointment in advance.

What is the difference between nail art tiers?

Designs have been categorised into our tier system, you can browse some examples of our designs on our nail art guide here.

Please note that all of our technicians have different styles and strengths when it comes to nail art. So, if you are unsure of who to book either contact us at the time of booking to ensure we can match you up with the perfect nail artist for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment is very important to our team at Nailbox. They are reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

We reserve the right to charge for your appointment in full, if you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice or correct reasoning.

What aftercare do you advise?

We take every care in the salon to ensure that your new nails will last, but it’s important that you look after them between appointments too.

We recommend the following:

  • Use cuticle oil and hand moisturiser every day.
  • Nails are jewels not tools! Treat your nails with care, do not pick or peel.
  • Any damage or lifting, contact us.
  • Wear gloves for sun-creams, tinted lotions, hair and foods that can discolour.
  • Pre-book your Rebalance appointments for every 2-3 weeks.
  • Contact your GP immediately for any allergic reactions.
