All online bookings require a small deposit, this will be deducted from your appointment cost by an external company. All appointments booked over the phone or through email over the value of £30 will be required to pay a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Please note, we do not store card details.

Deposits
Making a Booking
Booking can be made online, or over the phone by calling the salon on: 01244 267262. You can download our Nailbox App on both Apple or Play Store here.
Gift Cards
You can purchase online gift cards on our website here or printed gift cards at our salons. Vouchers will expire 12 months after purchase.
Age restrictions
We do not apply Acrylic Extensions to anyone under the age of 16 or Gel Polish to anyone under the age of 14. Parental written consent can be obtained for Acrylic enhancements from the ages of 14-16, and for gel polish from the ages of 12-14.
Allergies
It is extremely important that you make us aware prior to your appointment of any allergies we should be aware of.

No shows & cancellations
Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Please contact us ONLY on the salon number, and not through social media as your message may not be seen in time.
Failing to turn up for your appointment without any notice or cancelling less than our notice period without correct reasoning, reserves us the right to charge you for your appointment in full.
Going forward, repeat offenders will be required to pay for the cost of their treatment in full up-front, if they wish to re-book.
