Securing your Appointment

All online bookings require a small deposit, this will be deducted from your appointment cost by an external company. All appointments booked over the phone or through email over the value of £30 will be required to pay a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Please note, we do not store card details.

Patch Tests

Brow Tinting, Brow Lamination, Henna Brows & Lash Lifts require a patch test at least 24 hours before your first appointment with us. We cannot carry out a lash lift if you are pregnant.


It is extremely important that you make us aware prior to your appointment of any allergies we should be aware of.

All of our technician’s have different styles & strengths when it comes to nail art so if you’re unsure, please contact us with some design ideas at the time of booking to ensure we can match you up with the perfect nail artist for you.

Age Restrictions

We do not apply Acrylic Extensions to anyone under the age of 16 or Gel Polish to anyone under the age of 14. 

Parental written consent can be obtained for Acrylic enhancements from the ages of 14-16, and for gel polish from the ages of 12-14.

No Shows & Cancellations

Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations

Failing to turn up for your appointment without any notice or cancelling less than our notice period, reserves us the right to charge you for your appointment in full. 

Going forward, repeat offenders will be required to pay for the cost of their treatment in full up-front, and a cancellation fee will be added if they wish to re-book.

You can purchase online vouchers on our website or printed vouchers at our salon in Broughton Shopping Park. Vouchers will expire 12 months after purchase.
